RS Technical Institute (Ballia Branch) is a professional HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training institute offering diploma and certificate courses in fire and industrial safety (DFIS, DF&ISM, ADIS, ADFIS, MSBTE ADIS, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, and related safety courses), along with scholarship-based UG/PG, Polytechnic, and B.Tech admissions through our university tie-ups (VBSPU Jaunpur and partner institutions), across our three Ballia district locations: Sahatwar (Main Ballia Branch), Reoti Branch, and Ballia City Branch.
2. Use of Website
- This website and its content (text, logo, images, videos, course details) are provided for general informational purposes about our institute, courses, branches, and admission process.
- You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false information through our enquiry/admission forms, attempting unauthorised access, or using content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
- All logos, course names, and institutional branding belong to RS Technical Institute / RS Technical Institutes Group and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Admission & Enrollment
- Submission of the online enquiry/admission form, or contact via WhatsApp/phone, constitutes an enquiry only and does not guarantee a seat. Admission is confirmed only upon completion of our registration process, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable fees at the relevant branch.
- Eligibility criteria (e.g., 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI/Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate) vary by course and will be communicated at the time of enquiry/registration.
- Course duration (e.g., 45 Days Training), fee structure, batch timing, and certification details are communicated directly by our branch counsellor and may be updated from time to time; the version communicated and acknowledged in writing/WhatsApp/receipt at the time of your admission shall govern your enrollment.
- Admission fees, once paid, are governed by our separate Refund Policy — admission/training fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated there.
4. Certification
- Certificates are issued by the respective awarding/affiliating board (NSDVE/NCVTE/BSS Board, MSBTE Board, or the relevant international body for NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA) upon successful completion of training, assessments, and any applicable attendance requirements.
- RS Technical Institute acts as a training and examination-facilitation centre; certification is subject to the rules, syllabus, and evaluation standards of the respective awarding body, which may change from time to time and are outside our direct control.
- Certification is not guaranteed if a student fails to meet the attendance, assessment, or conduct requirements set by the institute and/or the awarding body.
5. 100% Job Placement Guarantee — Governing Terms
Our "100% Job Placement Guarantee" and associated money-back commitment is offered strictly subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy (see below), including but not limited to: successful completion of the full course and certification, satisfactory attendance and conduct, active participation in interview preparation and placement drives, and willingness to accept a reasonable job offer/location as per the terms communicated at enrollment. The guarantee applies only to the placement assistance component of fees, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
6. Hostel & Other Facilities
Facilities such as hostel accommodation, Wi-Fi, RO water, and parking are provided subject to availability at the relevant branch and may carry additional charges or house rules communicated separately at the time of booking.
7. Fees & Payment
- Fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated by the branch (cash, online transfer, or other modes as accepted at the branch).
- The institute reserves the right to revise course fees for new admissions; fees already agreed and paid for an enrolled student will not be increased retroactively for that student's batch.
- Receipts/proof of payment should be retained by the student, as they are required for any refund claim under our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
- While we make reasonable efforts to ensure placement assistance for eligible, course-completing students, RS Technical Institute does not guarantee the terms, salary, location, or duration of any specific job offer, as these are determined by the hiring employer.
- RS Technical Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on website content, or delays/changes in batch schedules, certification timelines, or placement drives due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Branch-Specific Terms
This website represents the Ballia Branch (Sahatwar, Reoti, and Ballia City locations) of RS Technical Institutes Group. Terms, fee structures, and offers communicated by other branches of the Group (including the Head Office in Ghati Khas, Deoria) may differ and are not covered by this website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or enrollment at our Ballia Branch locations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
